One hand, start to finish
Before the deal
The deck is shuffled, then hashed. The hash is published to the table before anyone acts.
During the hand
The rail carries the sealed hash. The deck cannot be changed now — not by a player, not by us.
After the hand
The seed and the full deck are published. Recompute the hash, compare it to the sealed one.
